The previous project was a "solo" attempt. We were under way when we found out about the WCG and started the process of applying to collaborate with IBM. Therefore, the other server is a relic. We will e-mail next week to the people that are still waiting to start on the cleanenergy.harvard.edu/go/ so that they can attach to this server.

Thank you for your participation,

- The Clean Energy team.
Dear Clean Energy Project Members:
We are happy to announce that, with the help of the people at the World Community Grid, we have finally released the Clean Energy Project online. That means there's lots of work units to go through, where with your help, we will be able to find better energy materials. Initially, we are concentrating in improving and finding new organic photovoltaic materials, since they are potentially cleaner and there is still a lot of room left for them to be more efficient. Stop by a revamped version of our website (cleanenergy.harvard.edu) to take a look at the science we are undertaking and feel free to join the World Community Grid so that you can help us.
We really appreciate your patience for hanging on in this year where we designed the research, as well as the work that will be input through the grid. We wanted to contact you directly to let you know. Don't hesitate to post your questions and comments on the WCGrid forums, as the ones that we put up will be going down temporarily after a couple of weeks.
We encourage you to crunch through our work units so that you can contribute to finding newer, and cleaner materials so that the future of our energy generation becomes greener.
Sincerely,
Clean Energy Project Scientists.
Somit bleibt das CEP-Projekt bei WCG, das alte wird abgeschaltet.
